Drafter (M&e / Bms / Hvac)

- Prepare and amend HVAC technical (Mechanical) drawings
- Provide drafting support
- Ensure drawings are produced in accordance to requirements
- Keep & maintain records of drawings done

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or ITE drafting certificate
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in M&E building services, ACMV and drawing coordination in Singapore construction sites.
- Familiar with CP83 and able to use REVIT software
- Able to perform site measurements and translate into drawings with no or minimum supervision
- Proficient in AutoCAD / Max 3D & Revit software (BIM). Work on site as & when required.
