**Collection Credit Controller**:
Owing to expansion, Bibby Financial Services (S) Pte Ltd has exciting opportunities available for you to join us as **Collection Credit Controller **on a full-time basis with hybrid working arrangements.

**As our Collection Credit Controller, you will **
- Provide excellent client support by answering all the debtor’s enquiries efficiently and within required timeframe as set out in service standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all clients, prospective clients, internal and external customers.
- Assist the sales team to maximise business opportunities (through prompt verification and cross selling to debtors).
- Liaise and support Client Managers in field audit survey and annual/ledger review.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- To manage a portfolio of debtors.
- Regular contact with debtors to assess collectability of the debts and spotting of any warning signs and opportunities.
- To perform debt verification.
- To evaluate and recommend debtor funding limit for approval.
- Support Client Managers in their ledger/annual review on a timely manner.
- To conduct field audit survey at client premise.

**What we are looking for in our ideal Collection Credit Controller**:

- establishes rapport and maintain a professional relationship with debtors through efficient credit control.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Manage credit control of debtor whilst providing a high level of customer service and protecting Bibby’s interests at all times.
- Listen and interpret information - Good listening skills, understand how and when to action information, to the appropriate person.
- Attention to details.
