**About the Role**:
Air 7 Asia is seeking a highly experienced **FAA A&P Certified Aircraft Maintenance Technician** with a strong background in corporate jets—preferably with Gulfstream aircraft. This is a hands-on role for a aircraft maintenance engineer with at least 15 years of industry experience who will be instrumental in building and guiding a growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform maintenance, inspections, minor cleaning, assembly/disassembly, and troubleshooting in accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals and company procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders to support the production schedule at the cell level.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and support teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Accurately update and manage repair cost estimates.
- Proficiently use measuring tools including torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, and bore/depth gauges.
- Ensure compliance with all Environment, Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain strict compliance with local regulations and corporate requirements, particularly in the areas of Ethics, EHS, and International Trade Compliance.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is **mandatory**.
- Minimum 15 years of aviation maintenance experience, with at least 10 years in corporate aviation—**Gulfstream experience strongly preferred**.
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Aerospace disciplines).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and service documents.
- Strong computer skills (SAP knowledge preferred).
- Effective oral and written communication skills.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
