Our client is a renowned global leader in chemistry programs and services, artificial lift solutions, automation and optimization equipment, as well as drilling technologies for the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry. Currently, they are seeking a **Warehouse Operator **for a position to be based in Singapore, specifically on Jurong Island. **Position Details**
- Responsible for the direction and supervision of the warehouse operation of the EHCP.
- Owns the KPI of safety, quality, operation excellence, etc set by the management for the warehouse operation.
- Must be willing to work in Jurong Island.
- A standard 40-hour work week, although a readiness to provide backup or support during non-standard hours, including weekends and Public Holidays, is expected when the operational needs demand it.

**What You will do**:

- Ensuring a safe operation of warehouse.
- MIGO (standard purchase orders)/ GR (process orders and subcon PO) of goods and services are timely updated.
- Key administrator of inhouse WMS.
- Key administrator of inhouse shared file records of trucks movements.
- Key administrator of picking for hotbox and production usage.
- Print barcode labels for Raws and GHS labels for 3PL drumming.
- Support forklift operation when it is necessary.
- Liaising with material and logistic planner of shipment document and arrival schedules (imports, transfers from 3PL and any local deliveries).
- Conduct cycle and monthly stock count and inventory reconciliation done with appropriate GL account codes and authorized approval. Inclusive of materials in bulk storage tanks.
- Management of waste disposal are conducted within regulatory requirements.
- Maintenance operation readiness of forklifts, warehouse equipment and miscellaneous, hot-boxes, office tools, cold room and facilities, etc.
- Managing of ISO tanks holding area.
- Ensuring sufficient stocks of packaging materials - IBCs, bulk bags, labels, waste-water chemicals to support production.
- Participate in EHCP programs as nominated or projects as assigned.

**Ideal Requirements**:

- Must possess valid forklift license.
- Comfortable in desktop, and administration work.
- Familiar in safe handling of chemical and HSE standards will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SAP transactions in WM system is advantageous.
