Singapore ATT System Full time

As a Project Engineer, you play an integral role in the Project team to take on and drive towards the successful delivery of the security system projects tasked to you. Under the lead of the Project Manager, you will tactfully and effectively handle the different stakeholders to ensure all parties needs and enquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for project system design, equipment installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
- Implement and ensure proper project management, structure, and processes to drive scope estimation, prioritization, and on-time delivery of new and existing projects, including proposing and providing quotations for Variation Orders.
- In charge of managing and handling the implementation of successful system integration projects.
- Ensure resource allocation effectively, with high efficiency and sufficiency to complete a project.
- Communicate product development and technical activities to the sales team and operation team as well as liaise and coordinate with the subcontractors and customers with regards to the implementation of the project, including price negotiation and managing client’s expectations.
- Attend Project progress meetings and update project status to the Project Manager or Client.
- Assist Project Manager in ensuring project site works progress according to project schedule and alert Project Manager if required.
- Provide technical support for root cause analyses and troubleshooting of equipment faults and failures during project implementation.
- Manage the updating of technical documents during and after the project phase.
- Prepare training materials and conduct training for Clients as well as for the Maintenance team after Project/DLP completion.
- To always ensure and maintain safety work procedures, at the site or in the office at all times.
- To follow all company business operations and SOP at all times.
- Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives, and targets. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts, or unsafe situations and report to the supervisor accordingly.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
- Preferably with 1-3 years relevant working experience in Project Management handling security, electronic, and CCTV systems.
- Familiarity with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products is an advantage.
- Regular traveling and on-site work are required.
- Possess strong documentation control and compilation.
- Possess good communication and coordination skills.
- Independent yet able to work as a team.
