Media Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Church Services: Coordinate weekly Livestream Services**:

- Assist the Senior Media Executive in the weekly operations of running the Livestream Services:

- Pre-production: Setup of cameras for recording, perform checks and calibration of video equipment, liaise with volunteers and roster them for multi-cam setup.
- Production: Operate as “live” camera crew when needed and assist camera director when scheduled, train and groom volunteers to run independently.
- Post-production: Archive worship and sermon segments into the server.
- Volunteer Management: Develop the community and grow the team in both technical and spiritual aspects.

**2. Video Production (Services & Events)**
- Producing video content for corporate/ministry/partner projects & events
- Familiarise with the church’s media system, and develop sound working knowledge of all owned cameras and our video editing suite
- Support in the preparation, development and final of production, including but not limited to, setting up of media multi-cam systems according to the directions of the Senior Media Executive.

**3. Video Editing (Projects)**
- Work with Senior Media Executive to establish the creative concept for video projects
- Be involved in storyboarding, location scouting, shooting footage, compiling footage and transferring all media files into editing software
- Ensure all footage is updated in the correct format for editing
- Have basic working knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, including after-effects
- Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project based on available footage
- Use various video software to improve overall quality of sound and visuals for each video project

**4. Others**
- Maintain media library of the church, including but not limited to the documentation of all weekly services and official church footage
- Edit all church official photographs from events and projects into formats that are readily accessible to the Comms team for publicity and related use

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
