You are responsible to provide health check-up, health promotion and health education to patients at the Health Screening Centre.
**Other responsibilities**:
- To be the tests requester for our walk-in customers and conduct the reports explanation & consultation.
- To provide health check-up, health promotion and health education to patients for any walk-in health screening patients.
- Initiates service recovery and provides professional explanation to patients’ feedback when necessary.
- Participates in departmental activities of the Health Screening Department such as quality assurance, clinical process improvement, clinical procedure enhancement, identifying new health screening packages etc.
- Provides health screening services for patients at Health Screening Department such as full health screening check-up, completion of check-up summary, review of check-up to patients and referral to specialist care when needed.
- Provides necessary consultation and advice on any medical problems arising out of the health screening check-up.
**Requirements**:
- MBBS fully registered with Singapore Medical Council.
- At least two years’ experience in the Health Screening Centre. (Optional)
- Able to work independently with demonstrated competence in managing patients in the department.
- Confident, takes initiatives and a good team player.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to work on Saturdays (for part-time position).
**Work Schedule**:
- Monday to Saturday: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
- Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
- Saturday: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 24 - 44 per week
