Crew Manning Executive

Job Requirements:

- Minimum GCE O Level;
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Crew Manning or in shipping industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel & words) & Outlook.

Job Decription:

- Reports to Crew Manager;
- Prepares Crew change plan and rotation plan of rehire-able crew in consultation with the principals and Superintendent-in-charge;
- Prepares line-up for approval of Crew Manager;
- Maintenance of crew personal data and planning crew change;
- Checks the validity of crew travel documents, STCW certificates & licences;
- Preparation of Seafarers Contract of Employment in consultation with Crew Manager;
- Arrange on-line briefings of Masters & Chief Engineers;
- Liaising with crew suppliers;
- Compilation of crew P&I insurance claims;
- Checking of monthly invoices;
- Input of crew personal data into the Personnel Software;
- Any other duties assigned by Crew Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
