**RESPONSIBILITIES (Job Scope)**:

- Implement and monitor of environmental management systems at work sites
- Conduct regular site inspections and follow-up actions to ensure environmental compliance
- Responsible for ensuring that all environmental control measures are properly executed
- Prepare and submit Site Environmental Management and Monitoring Plan in accordance to the prescribed format
- Advise the Project Management on-site on what needs to be done for conditions / situations which causes environmental health problems Implementing such measures, with approval of client Inspect the worksite to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition
- Point out and discuss environmental health irregularities with the Project Management and recommend measures to rectify such irregularities.
- Report and submit a site Environmental Control Report in accordance to the prescribed format to the client.
- Liaison with National Environment Agency staff
- Any other related duties as assigned from time to time

**REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience)**:

- Applicant must possess the following certificates:
i) ECO Certificate (NEA) and registered with the National Environmental Agency (NEA)

ii) Earth Control Measure Officer (ECMO) certificate and registered with The Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES)
- Minimum 5 years of hands on ECO experience in LTA Station and Tunnel
- At least 3 years of practical experience relevant to the scope of works of the Underground Tunnel Project Contract
- Possess Good knowledge of Government Regulations relating to Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Confined Space Assessor
- Well conversant in Microsoft Office and languages used by workers.
- This is a 10 months contract duration position. Applicant must be able and willing to commit to the 10 months contract.
