**Description**
- Managing daily operations with the team and part-timers
- Picking and packing of every day orders from our main website and various popular platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Redmart and Tiktok etc)
- Customer service (Texts, E-mails)
- Responsible for stock inventory accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
- Assist in the unpacking of stocks & putting restocks back into warehouse.
- Adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Diploma level Cert.
- 5.5 days work week (Alternate weekends and when required during peak sales period), 9AM to 6 PM
- Able to carry out assigned tasks independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proactive and a team player.
- Responsible and able to commit fully long-term.
- No experience is required but some graphics designing background will be a big bonus

Suitable for individuals who want to learn more about the day-to-day operation of the E-commerce industry. Also, for those who want to explore different roles (Mechandizing, Marketing, HR, etc) in an eCommerce setting. Exposure to different selling platforms like Redmart, Lazada, Qoo10, and Shopee.
