**About the role**:
SAP has two digital studios in Singapore premises. One studio will be a semi-professional recording studio for broadcasts, the other is a single-person room designed for 1:1 discussions with clients. This role will be to support the manager operating the studios and also take an active part in recording and editing content.

**What you’ll do**:

- Position title: SAP Production Intern (Streaming Studios)
- Location: Singapore - hybrid in-person and remote
- Expected start date: ASAP
- Working hours: Full time or part time 3 days/week
- Duration: 6 months

**In this role**:
You will enjoy combining video/recording skills with real business and it entails the following:

- Manage physical studio-use and equipment - Overall management of studios, including ensure appropriate equipment is selected and ready for useWork with management about additional hardware and software required
- Conduct recordings - the role will be responsible to ensure video and sound are recorded and the files are either made available to the participants or edit the video as per participants request. Participate in rehearsals
- Conduct Live Stream sessions - set up the physical rooms, create 3D Environments for the sessions, deliver on the right platform for optimal experience (Zoom, MS Teams, ON24 )
- Participate-in and manage rehearsals
- Promote and train people on use of studios - be a promoter of the studios and develop and run info-sessions and training courses on their use and possibilities
- Develop content for different business units within SAP - e.g. backgrounds and trailer videos

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Basic editing skills adobe creative software
- Able to manage camera for filming
- Student completing degree or studies film, mass comm and media studies
- Sample portfolio needed
