To develop and manage the programmes to meet the needs of the target clientsResponsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders such as government agencies, grassroots and community-based organizations Develop and implement initiatives and programmes to meet the needs of target client groups, communities and stakeholders. Source and coordinate resources to meet the needs of clients and communities Engage residents and clients Develop and work with volunteers and community residents Requirements: Degree Holder Proactive and ability to build rapport with those around them Strong organizational and project management skills Competent in public-speaking, writing, and communication skills Proficient in video production and ability to create digital content Be prepared to work after office hours and on Saturdays Networking or Working experience with community organizations preferred Work location: Champions Way
