Public Relations Officer
**Job Description Summary**
The Public Relations Officer is responsible for managing resident and public engagement, handling press and social media queries, and coordinating community and corporate events. This role also involves liaising with stakeholders, producing public engagement materials, and providing PR and customer service support to property teams.
**About the Role**:
- Resident & Public Engagement - Manage queries, feedback, and complaints from residents and the public.
- Media & Communications - Handle press queries, manage social media, and create public engagement materials.
- Event Management - Plan and support community and corporate events, including large-scale Town Council events.
- Stakeholder Liaison - Coordinate with Residents’ Committees, Grassroots Organizations, Government Agencies, and Contractors.
- PR & Customer Support - Provide PR and customer service support to property teams and assist in special projects as needed.
**About You**:
- Minimally a Diploma in Mass Communication or equivalent
- Proficient in both English and Chinese as this position requires to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Minimally relevant internship experience
