**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities- Review RFQ, prepare technical & commercial proposals, review specifications, identify deviations & cost impacts and respond to technical queries of customers.
- Develop compressor packages per API-618, ISO13631, API-617, API-619 standards & based on pulsation, torsional, lateral and pipe stress analysis.
- Size & select compressor and generator packages, accessories for gas engine, compressosr, air cooler, heat exchange, pump, pressure vessel, etc.
- Obtain various quotations for the package equipment and prepare detailed costing.
- Perform design calculation of pressure drop and line sizing for engine air intake/exhaust system & pumping hydraulic head analysis.
- Transmit system design & arrangement such as engine & compressor stack up & v-belt driven system sizing and layout.
- Inter-discipline technical check and provide support data for detailed engineering activities.
- Provide mechanical data sheets, TBE for major equipment and compressor/engine accesories.
- Provide advise on equipment installation & alignment during detailed engineering up to the start-up and after sales services.
- Prepare procedures including no-load test procedures and witness testings.
- Provide satisfactory engineering services and technical support to project team & customers during detailed engineering.
- Provide technical support to procurement department including issuing the mechanical data sheets and technically review & approve quotations.
- Advise piping group on piping general arrangement up to isometric drawing issue, material take-off & piping and valve purchase requisitions.
- Support sales in attending technical clarifications, after market support, identify & develop new products and markets in line with company's business plans.
