**Responsibilities**:

- Review AR ageing on a weekly basis.
- Oversee accounting processes and tasks, including monthly closing of accounts, GL, account reconciliation.
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing report and annual financial reporting to the Management.
- Ensure the annually renewal of IATA banker’s guarantee.
- Gather the figures to submit the Annual industry survey (AIS) & STB - Submission of Annual Business Profile Returns timely.
- Develop Budget for the next financial year.
- Responsible for timely and accurate submission of P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Monitor company cash flow to ensure a healthy level of working capital.
- Handling of Audit and Tax.
- Responsible for the management of funds and assets.
- Redesign of new processes and oversee the migration process to new system.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax, bankers and government authorities where required.
- Lead the team of Accounts.
- Other ad hoc job duties as assigned by Management.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree holder or above in accounting, finance and related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years working experience in accounting or finance, preferably at least 5 years in travel industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in managing a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting.
