**Overview**:
We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Freelance Sales Agent to join our team, specializing in selling mobile app and website development services on a project basis. As a freelance agent, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while leveraging your sales expertise to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Independently identify and pursue potential clients through various channels.
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of potential sales opportunities.

2. Client Consultation:

- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' business needs and goals.
- Provide expert advice on mobile app and website development solutions.

3. Proposal Development:

- Collaborate with the technical team to create customized project proposals.
- Clearly outline project scopes, deliverables, and associated costs.

4. Negotiation and Closing:

- Engage in effective negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets on a project basis.

5. Relationship Management:

- Link clients to project management team to execute projects
- Foster positive relationships with clients throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

6. Communication:

- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in freelance sales, particularly in the IT or digital marketing sector.
- Thorough understanding of mobile app and website functions/benefits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-driven with a history of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Familiarity with online project management and collaboration tools.

**Requirements**:

- Access to SME business owners or marketing department
- Portfolio of successful freelance sales projects.
- Availability for client meetings and discussions as needed.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
