**Estimator - MEP/ Quantity Surveyor: 5 days, MNC A1 Main Con**

**NOTE**: STRICTLY **NO QUOTA** for **ANY** work Passes. **NONE Negotiable.**

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Quantity Survey, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- With a min of **5 years **of **Singapore **Construction Industry ”**QS / Estimator**” Work experience.
- Able to read M&E drawings. Etc
- Good understanding of spoken and written English
- Professional knowledge & experience in M&E system requirements.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently with min supervision.
- Good Skill set in Microsoft Office, MS project, Autocad Etc
- Quick learner and willing to explore new skill sets/technologies

**Responsibilities**:

- To keep track all tender documents, drawing and revised documents based on the document control process.
- To verify the tender drawing/detail and prepare the tender enquiry.
- To assist manager to call for quotations, selection of qualified subcontractors/vendors and distribute the relevant tender documents.
- Perform quantity take-off for tender projects based on the set timeline.
- Assist with tender evaluation and prepare tender documents for submission.
- Ensure all supporting documents are properly recorded, filed and compiled for verification purposes.
