**Role Summary**: Our client is an establised MNC that is fast-growing in Asia Pacific region, and is currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis & Forecasting**: Analyze and forecast monthly working capital, cash flow, and banking needs to ensure the financial health of the organization.
- **Financial & Management Reporting**: Perform detailed review and analysis of monthly financial and management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- **Budget & Forecast Preparation**: Lead the preparation of the annual budget and forecast, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- **Ad Hoc Analysis**: Provide ad hoc financial planning, analysis, and reporting to senior management, as required, to support business decisions.
- **Group Consolidation & Reporting**: Assist in the monthly financial consolidation and reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience working in a **Big 4 firm**or **multinational corporation (MNC)**, providing a strong foundation in financial planning, analysis, and consolidation reporting.
- Proven track record of working with senior management to provide insightful financial advice and guidance.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budget preparation in a complex business environment.
