About the team Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Inform product strategies by defining and updating core metrics for each initiative

2. Establish analytical framework for the TikTok product team: ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools to surface key data to stakeholders

3. Evaluate and forecast the impact of product features on creators, agency, operations and the TikTok ecosystem

4. Design A/B experiments to drive product direction with iterative innovation and measurement

5. Dive deep into the data to understand how creator, 3rd parties, and viewer behaviors change with the evolution of our product

6. Act as our team's thought leader on best practices and move towards a long-term vision of sustainable and thriving data processes

7. Own data collection and product instrumentation implementation and quality assurance

8. Work hand-in-hand with business, product, engineering, and design to proactively influence and inform teammates' decisions throughout the product lifecycle

**Requirements**:
1. 5+ years of domain experience in a mobile or consumer internet business, or in a high-velocity, high-growth product or team

2. Data analysis ability, familiar with Hive SQL, Python, R.

3. Familiar with statistics, preferred to have experience in user growth, metrics creation, A/B testing, and data modeling

4. High level of comfort creating dashboards

5. Independence in determining and establishing data analysis priorities to balance ongoing projects with requests from multiple stakeholders

6. An impact-oriented, customer-centric approach to data analysis

7. A generalist who enjoys critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-driven

8. Has a “can-do” attitude with a strong sense of ownership to execute end-to-end projects

9. Exceptional analysis, communication, and strategy report writing skills.

10. Prefer Masters degree in Statistics, Math, and Engineering at QS100 universities

11. Bonus: Familiarity with machine learning techniques and passion for content creations
