**The Department and Position**
**Mission**
As an intern, your mission is to become a valuable asset to our organization by:
- Interacting comfortably with people: Building strong collaborative relationships within the team and stakeholders.
- Interest in Bank activities: Apetite to understand the business activities of the bank on Capital Markets.
- Process automation: Appetite for continuous improvement and automation of new as well as existing process to enhance efficiency and reduce the TAT.
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about Capital Market Back Office activities: interfacing with different upstream and down stream systems, handling of client confirmation and payments, accounting entries generation, transactional reporting, Regulatory requirements and purpose of reconciliation activities b/w FO & BO - opportunity to learn end-to-end investment banking workflows.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, including Business Analysts, Support Analysts, Developers, DevOps Engineers, etc.
- Benefit from the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
- Deliver on jobs that directly impact the banks day-to-day activities and witness the added value of your job directly from business lines.
- Learn on a one of the leader Capital Market software**:CALYPSO **.
**Qualifications and Profile**
- Understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Basic knowledge of Java, PL/SQL & Linux.
