More than 380 That’s the number of associates in our Singapore Large Molecules division to support the making of medicines for our patients worldwide.
- This position is responsible for planning calibration and maintenance activities including all reporting requirements.**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute of the assigned Asset Life Cycle Management (ALCM) Strategy elements per roadmap.
- Manages equipment work order process, work instructions, monitors backlogs and follow up for timely closure of work orders, optimizes resources available and generates reports periodically or as requested.
- Coordinates planning and scheduling maintenance activities jointly with PU scheduler and/or equipment/area owner.
- SME in computerized SAP PM Module validation, performs review of data entry and periodic audit trail on the CMMS system.
- Collects and consolidates field data for KPI, updates maintenance information related to equipment and spare parts whenever necessary.
- Provides historical data deduced from maintenance records to conduct analysis and reliability studies.
- Ensures maintenance documentation such as work orders, calibration records is updated and complete at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by manager

**Minimum requirements**
- BS/Diploma in Engineering is required, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, Facility, Industrial or Pharmaceutical Engineering
- Must have SAP PM module experience
- Minimum 2 years of Biotech (4 years for Diploma), Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Design, Project and/or cGMP experience.
- Experienced with regulatory inspections.
- Experience in maintenance of production equipment
