**Executive, Health Safety & Environment**
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to safety procedures, incidents, and training programs.- Data Collection:
- Collect and compile data for safety reports, performance metrics, and compliance tracking.- Training Support:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HSE training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.- Inspections:
- Participate in safety inspections and audits, helping identify potential hazards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.- Incident Reporting:
- Support the reporting and investigation of incidents, near misses, and accidents, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.- Emergency Response Assistance:
- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans, including participating in drills and simulations.- Communication:
- Help in the dissemination of HSE information and updates to employees, promoting awareness and a culture of safety.- Equipment Checks:
- Routine checks of safety equipment to ensure that it’s not expired and in good working conditions.- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HSE manager, including managing safety schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.- Regulatory Compliance:
- Assist in monitoring changes in HSE regulations, ensuring that the organization remains compliant.- Environmental Initiatives:
- Support environmental sustainability initiatives, such as waste reduction and recycling programs.- Training Records:
- Maintain training records and certifications for employees to ensure compliance with safety training requirements.- Coordination:
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure HSE procedures are integrated into various aspects of the organization.- Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and new developments in HSE.**Requirements**:

- Certificate in HSE or other relevant discipline.
- 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Familiar with warehouse environment.
- Familiar with ISO45001 / Bizsafe Accreditation.
- Proven strong time management, leadership, qualities, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to communicate, present and influence internal & external stakeholders.

**Other information**:

- Company bus to and from work at multiple MRT stations.
- Working location: Jalan Buroh
- Hybrid working arrangements
- Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
- DKSH is a certified Great Place to Work
- This is a permanent position with a salary range of S$3,300-S$3,800.
