**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate significant knowledge of NetSuite while conducting business requirements gathering workshops, translating requirements into potential design, configuration and training for user testing events, report development and ultimately supporting the deployment of the solution in production.
- Demonstrate problem solving techniques to succinctly organize facts and recommendations.
- Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite.
- Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations.
- Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.
- Collaborate and communicate with NetSuite and Eloqua Architects, Project Manager, and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project deliver.

**Skills, Knowledge and Qualification**:

- Bachelor / Masters degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years Hands-on Functional CRM Expérience including Marketing integration
- IT Distribution or Supply Chain industry experience preferred
- Experience of NetSuite CRM is a must.
- Experience of Salesforce or similar will be an advantage.
- Experience of Marketing automation (Eloqua, Marketo or similar) is a plus
- Experience on International ERP and CRM roll out projects.
- Expertise on CRM, Marketing Automation and Sales Forecasting including services forecast
- Good skills on NetSuite CRM, Eloqua/Marketo/Hubspot and Salesforce configuration, reports development, training and support or similar
- Understanding of Trading (order processing, logistic, invoicing) and accounting processes would be an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to quickly synthesize data and develop recommendations.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills required.
- Strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).
- Capable of managing multiple objectives simultaneously. Self-motivated, requiring mínimal direct supervision.

**Languages**: English fluency is a must, French or any other languages a plus.

**Location**: Position will be based in Singapore with travel across APAC and EMEA required.
