Business Sweden is now looking for an experienced business development professional or management consultant who is eager to be part of a high performing team of 16 colleagues in Singapore. As a team we advise both Large
- & Mid-sized companies as well as Start-ups on questions related to commercial excellence across various sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, energy, digital technologies and consumer goods.

As project manager your main area of work is to lead teams of 2-3 consultants working close with our clients. You are responsible for building strong client relationships, design and drive analytical work, secure that insights and recommendations are well underpinned and packaged in an easy to understand and concrete manner. As a project manager at Business Sweden, you interact with a wide range of stakeholders within client organizations as well as governmental agencies, academia, and Business Sweden colleagues around the world.

Based in Singapore and you will report to the Country Manager.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a management consultant or internal business development manager
- Advanced degree and outstanding record of academic achievement
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong record of project management and sales of consulting assignments
- Proactive and growth mindset with strong interest in business
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a wide range of backgrounds and qualifications
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written)
- Experience working in an Asian country is an advantage
