The Aladdin Product Marketing team is focused on driving awareness, engagement, and adoption for the Aladdin’s Portfolio Management offering across the community, including prospects, and existing clients. As part of this team, you connect directly with our users to understand their business problems and help deliver solutions. We partner with product and client teams to build products that deliver a superior user experience and have a robust community of evangelists.

Primary responsibilities
- Devise and implement strategies to measure and increase engagement and enablement for existing portfolio managers on the platform
- Partner with sales teams to grow Aladdin’s market share for portfolio construction workflows for institutional portfolio managers
- Work with internal teams to create high-quality product communications and marketing assets
- Assist in the development of narratives to the community on Aladdin’s portfolio management technology capabilities - demonstrating to them how Aladdin can be used to produce analysis, model orders and execute on client investment strategies even in changing market conditions
- Connect industry knowledge and market trends with user feedback to influence product decisions and prioritization

Essential skills / experience
- 5+ years product marketing, product management, or project management experience with a focus on products for financial services or portfolio management
- An understanding of the buyside order management & portfolio construction process
- Experience working with a technical product, including technical ability to get into the weeds on technical product features and representation of technical solutions for clients in simple manner
- Understanding of investment risk (e.g., sustainability analytics, market risk analytics) and capital markets instruments (equities, fixed income, private markets, derivatives)
- Experience with query languages such as SQL and data visualisation software such as PowerBI is a plus
