**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop new programming process making use of robotics or automation
- Implement robotics process, liaise with production unit to ensure full understanding of future robotics process
- Develop programs on timely basis
- Supervise and oversee automation and programming team
- Generate relevant programs and selection of appropriate tools to ensure smooth manufacturing of products
- Analyze and Monitor production output and machining issues and conduct test runs to ensure efficiency in machining process
- Provide relevant inputs for manufacturing process
- Plan, design and install relevant programs to support production operations
- Monitor and control any changes that is made to the existing programs
- Assist in overseeing progress of production team

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Min 2 years of working experience in the Precision Engineering field
- Understanding of production procedure and tools required, Engineering Field preferred
- Working knowledge of Unigraphic
- Min Trade Certificate in Engineering Field or related
- Leadership skills and experience
