**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for collecting creative ideas for game selection, brainstorming ideas for effective marketing materials
- Able to design the overall framework, core gameplay, game objectives, and plan on game eco systems for small games independently
- Establish a vision and strategy for the development of high-quality games
- Identify potential revenue drivers in the game economy
- Create game economy simulations to predict the result and player responses to changes
- Draft and maintain clear and well-presented game design documentation
- Balance all virtual products within the game economy
- Provide and analyse user feedback, game statistics, adjust the mathematical model and game design accordingly
- Assist in game development process, engaging the team and resolving issues
- Work closely with the team to produce quality games
- Keep record of games and their simulations
- Provide answers and explanations to relevant math questions for game designers, engineers, compliance requirements and other departments as necessary
- Test and verify accuracy of mathematical models via simulations Leading core members in incubating new projects, carry out commercial innovation and significantly improve profitability of the project

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree and above with minimum 5 years of experience in casual gaming products modelling, game development and product launch
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of game design principles, theory, models and tools
- Understand the market and target audiences for mobile social gaming
- Passionate about the gaming industry, with a focus on user experience, and deep knowledge and ideas on game design and marketing strategies
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, have ability to work under pressure and enjoy challenges, while actively experimenting and exploring new ideas
