**Job Summary**:
The party host/hostess will play a vital role in creating memorable and lively experiences for children and families. If you love working with kids, enjoy being in a pool, and have a knack for energizing events, this position is perfect for you. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a fantastic time, managing activities, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Organize and facilitate various activities, games, and entertainment for children and families.
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the event to keep guests engaged and entertained.
- Ensure the safety of all guests, particularly children, by closely monitoring activities and enforcing pool safety rules.
- Assist with setup and cleanup before and after each event, including decorating and arranging seating areas.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate activities and ensure the smooth flow of the event.
- Adapt to unexpected changes or challenges during events and quickly find solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guests' needs and proactively addressing them.
- Uphold the company's standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for creating fun and memorable experiences.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Basic knowledge of pool safety rules and regulations is desirable.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift moderate weight for extended periods.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certifications related to childcare or event management is beneficial.

**Working Conditions**:
This position primarily involves working in a pool environment and may require exposure to sunlight and water. The role may also involve standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weight. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is typical for this position.
