**Responsibilities**:
1. Focus on various growth projects such as media buying, influencers marketing, and the combination of online and offline campaigns, responsible for the user growth of BIGO's business in different countries/regions
2. With targets of user growth and active retention, explore and promote UG platform capacity building, improve efficiency and key index. And combine the media, manufacturer ecology and system capabilities to formulate optimization related strategies
3. In-depth experience of product and user research, refining common needs, output growth strategies that fit the regional cultural aesthetics and can bring traffic, cooperate with the media buyer team to analyze, formulate and implement practical plans
4. Research peers, and cooperate with other departments such as products and regional operations to put forward constructive opinions, feedback and improve products to drive business growth
5. Pay attention to the development trend of the pan-entertainment industry and UG growth strategy of Internet products, continue to explore new growth methods for mobile products
**Requirements**:
1. Full-time Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of Internet company marketing or project management experience.
2. Clear logical thinking, strong data sensitivity, perceive the reasons behind the data, locate and solve problems
3. Good project management and communication skills, strong ability to coordinate, coping and organize resources from all parties
