**Job Summary**

We're looking for an aspiring designer with strong creative thinking, imagination, drive and enthusiasm who knows how to work hard and play harder. The role will work very closely with the creative leads and development team across a variety digital projects - immersive multimedia animations, websites, mobile/tablet apps and also interactive installation for Exhibit/Gallery or event. You will see projects from concept to final design, also understanding customer journeys and brand experience.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

As part of the creative team, you will be working hand-in-hand with the creative team to:

- Assist the team in conceptualizing, proposing innovative interactive ideas and designs;
- Developing interactive, creative ideas and executions in partnership with technology departments;
- Working closely with the development team, delivering graphic assets for final deliveries;
- Assist in pitch presentation deck with compelling visual, not limited to graphic design;
- Strong portfolio demonstrating solid experience in multimedia design and UI design;
- Produce enticing motion graphic, storyboarding that led up to video production;

**Job Holder’s Specifications**
- Education from or relating to Interaction and media design;
- Minimum 3-5 years of Multimedia/UI design experience, specialize in UXUI and interactions;
- Experience in the spectrum of creative production from conceptualization to production execution;
- Strong design and problem-solving skills to design intuitive apps, microsite, interactive multimedia;
- Deep understanding of (UX) user experience and able to conduct research to validate user journey and proposal;
- Proficient in motion graphic videography skills;
- Proficient in design tools including Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, After Effect, Premiere Pro;
- Able to liaise with development team for production work process;
- Interest in experimenting new technologies and eager to learn;
- Excellent team player with positive and can-do attitude;
- Constantly looking out for new software to explore and upgrade skillset and creative proposal;
- Able to handle multiple projects independently, simultaneously and function well in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment;
- A positive, cheerful and perseverance attitude is a must.
