We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Centre Manager to oversee and manage our centre located at Sembawang Shopping Centre. You will be given the opportunity to grow together with the business and be rewarded commensurately for your efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily operations for the centre
- Work with Centre Director to develop and implement standard operating procedures for the centre
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students
- Handle enquiries and centre visits for parents who are interested in the centre’s academic programmes
- Manage finance-related responsibilities for the centre, including invoicing, enrolments, withdrawals, expense records etc.
- Plan and manage class timetables as well as teachers’ schedules
- Prepare financial and centre reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage student records and forms
- Handle purchase requests for MindSpace merchandise and materials
- Conduct regular stock-taking and restocking of supplies
- Oversee the safety and well-being of students in the Centre, including adherence to fire safety guidelines, safe distancing guidelines etc.
- Support in teaching of classes and homework supervision
- Manage other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Director

**Job Requisites**
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 to 5 years work experience in managing an education or enrichment centre
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), familiarity with other software such as Canva and Zoom is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service demeanour with proven ability to connect with parents
- Proactive and resourceful
- Prompt and responsive in handling enquiries
- Meticulous, organised and responsible
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
