**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement engaging therapy sessions tailored to the needs of special needs children.
- Adapt activities to accommodate various abilities and learning styles.
- Use creative and therapeutic approaches to enhance communication, self-expression, motor skills, and social interaction.
- Collaborate with other therapists and educators to provide a holistic approach to child development.
- Monitor and document each child’s progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants.
- Maintain therapy materials and resources needed for sessions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or Certification in relevant field (Art Therapy, Dance Therapy, Drama Therapy, Speech Therapy, Horticulture Therapy, Special Education, Psychology, or related disciplines).
- Minimum of **1-2 years**of experience working with children with special needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with play-based or sensory therapy approaches.
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention strategies.
- Training in adaptive techniques for non-verbal or low-mobility children.
