**The Role**:The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our operations, ensuring that we deliver excellent service while maintaining profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations of the business.
- Develop and implement growth strategies.
- Manage staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage operational issues.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial plans.
- Report to senior stakeholders on progress and issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of business management and strategy development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry, particularly Chinese and Sichuan cuisine.
