**Scope**:To work closely with SME owners to diagnose the financial health of their companies, provide financial advisory and to assist SMEs in securing of financing from financial institutions.

**Key role**:
1. Diagnose financial health of companies by analysing the income statement, balance sheet and cashflows and address areas of gaps and weakness

2. Present findings and recommendations based on analysis and assessment on credit risks to SME owners

3. Provide advice on budget planning and cash flow management

4. Able to develop business plans and financial projections for SMEs

5. Able to determine and advise on the most appropriate form of financing to the SME Owners

7. Able to advise on refinancing, restructuring and insolvency process for SMEs

8. Provide 1-to-1 advisory and conduct group training/outreach sessions to SME owners on financial management

9. Working with agencies and partners on development and implementation of training programmes

**Key requirements**:
A. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other business related fields

B. Min 2 years of experience in banking, finance, accountancy or audit

C. Impeccable understanding of financial statements, ratios and concepts

D. Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data

E. Strong communicator with ability to deliver 1-to-1 advisory and group training to SME owners

G. Familiar with restructuring and refinancing methodologies for loans

H. Familiar with insolvency/bankruptcy regulations and procedures
