Singapore CORPORATE TRAVEL SERVICES PTE LTD Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist Corporate Companies to map travel arrangements for their employees
- Maintain and ensure travellers’ profiles and visas are up to date and advise clients on travel regulation such as visa requirements and ensure timely processing of travel documents
- Provide accurate information to clients at all times
- Adheres to company standards in delivering customer service including professional telephone etiquette

**Pre-requisites**
- Minimum ‘O’ Level with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in the travel industry
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated professional customer service skill
- Able to work independently, exercising discretion and judgement
- Positive attitude and a pleasant disposition
- Proficient in English with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stress and work in a fast paced environment & extended hours
