**Job Summary**:
The Product Manager will build and implement a strategy for the Precision Oncology Product portfolio. In this role, the individual will develop product marketing plans and product positioning, conduct customer and market research, monitor competitive activity, identify customer needs, and develop pricing strategies. The Product Manager will interface with key stakeholders to develop new products or improve existing product(s) or product line(s), with both short
- and long-term strategies for product expansion.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work cross-functionally through new product development processes from concept through commercialization, including voice of customer research, definition of customer and product requirements and value proposition, lead product launches and sales training to achieve timely launches and commercial objectives
- Lead commercialization and/or product development activities, as part of a cross functional team, including market requirements, pricing strategies, financial analysis and sales forecasts, product literature and user information
- Provide strategic direction for all product and portfolio-related projects to other Marketing, R&D & Commercial groups.
- Formulate and continuously update value propositions for target country/market segment, with resultant positioning statements and major messages
- Work with the sales organization to create and attain performance goals for target products
- Develop and maintain KOLs to understand their current and future needs
- Analyze data from market trends, customer requirements, competitive strategy, and find opportunities for growing customer and business value through product differentiation
- Work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational needs.

**Desired Skills and Competencies**
- Relevant Degree in Life Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of direct product management or marketing experience in the diagnostics, genomics, or medical devices industry; PCR/NGS & relevant Molecular techniques experience preferred.
- Proven efficiency in product marketing, product management or strategy role including participating in market analysis, planning and new product development
- Strong management, project management and planning skills, and comfortable making decisions and embracing changes.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
