In this role, you will contribute and make an impact with our Digital Team as a Business Engagement Analyst.

**Details about the Digital Team**

The Digital team, an Enterprise function, sits within the Securities Services and Digital (SSD) line of business which includes our Asset Servicing, Corporate Trust, Depositary Receipts, Digital Asset and Innovation, Strategic Investment and Partnership businesses.

Digital plays a pivotal role in shaping our digital future. Whether through investments, strategic partnerships or internal development, we cultivate digital capabilities encompassing analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain and others. Our team not only optimizes the impact of these investments but also propels the bank’s innovation strategies. Through the creation of innovation offerings and the continuous enhancement of client experience. Digital are dedicated to accelerating the bank’s journey towards cutting-edge innovation.

**Your role as a Business Engagement Analyst**

Business Engagement Analyst sits within the Innovation, Strategic Investment and Partnership team. You will be collaborating closely with the APAC Head of Innovation and with the primary focus on engaging the various lines of businesses on collaborations and projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy Alignment: collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure the initiatives align with the overall business strategy.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Act as liaison between business units and the innovation team in fostering effective communication and business requirements.
- Collaborative Innovation: Facilitate collaborative sessions to ideate and help conceptualize innovative initiatives.
- Market analysis: stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and competitors activities to provide insights and thought leaderships.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor team performance and adherence to key goals and metrics. Ad hoc projects
