Job location: Singapore

Job type: Part-time (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier, including sorting, distributing, and sending mail/courier
- Assisting with claim processing
- Arranging document signing for management, directors and external parties
- Maintain accurate financial records, including sorting and organising files both electronic and paper
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, including ordering supplies as needed
- Assist with office moving
- Perform general office duties, including photocopying, faxing, and scanning
- Organise and update financial records for analysis and audit purposes
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
