**What you will be doing**:

- Plays an integral role in the sales process utilizing knowledge of FIS solution(s), financial product and financial markets to assist sales executives in addressing client/prospect requirements.
- Prepare sales presentations and solution demonstrations as well as brand awareness and training events
- Communicate with product management regarding prospect enhancement requirements
- Support prospects through all aspects of product evaluations including maintenance of the demonstration environments
- Provide technical expertise in the pre-sales process in collaboration with sales team
- Identify and qualify clients’ business and functional requirements in order to obtain initial project estimates, identify solution gaps after gathering clients’ requirements and communicate back to product management
- Respond to RFI’s / RFP / client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Develop new business opportunities across FIS segments, join other business unit for comprehensive demonstrations and interface with the product management, professional services, support and development organizations
- As a market expert, be aware of industry trends, drivers and regulatory initiatives; understand the competitive offerings and their differentiators in the market, read trade and industry journals to keep abreast of industry thoughts and initiatives.
- Drives commitment process on behalf of sales executives to obtain internal commitment to perform work defined in solution assurance documents.
- Maintains detailed notes in enterprise contact management system to assist in bringing sales opportunities to closure.
- Creates and maintains product presentations.
- Participates in business requirements review with clients/prospects.
- Participates in product release process.
- Provides feedback on client/prospect requirements to FIS product managers on regularly scheduled basis
- Other related duties assigned as needed

**What you bring**:

- Requires a strong working familiarity with FIS and its various business units utilizing knowledge to expedite enhancement estimation activities and functions as client advocate
- Possesses a good understanding of technologies required to support FIS products
- Requires excellent presentation, writing, organizational and project management skills
- Works well in an independent as well as team environment
- Familiar with competitors and their products
- Demonstrated ability to interact with and provide appropriate communications to senior management
