About the team

The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Resso, CapCut, Helo, etc. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of products.

The role:
We are looking for a talented, self-directed Growth Marketing Strategy Manager (Preload/Preinstall) to drive TikTok's overseas product in mobile phone manufacturers and telco operator channels.

**What you will be doing**:
1. Responsible for the user growth of overseas products in global mobile phone manufacturer and operator channels

2. Formulate marketing and optimization strategies to achieve user growth goals through various methods such as pre-installation and online media channels

3. Utilise marketing resources and system characteristics of mobile phones to formulate product growth strategies plans

4. Upkeep with the industry development trends of mobile phone manufacturers as well as the growth strategies of Internet products, tapping the capabilities of mobile phone systems and exploring innovative growth methods for mobile products.

**Requirements**:
What you should have:

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
- At least 2 years of experience with online advertising; phone manufacturer cooperation & multicultural cooperation experiences are preferred
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills: ability to use manufacturer resources and capabilities to drive business growth
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, a strong sense of responsibility;
- High data sensitivity, skilled use of data analysis, and statistical analysis tools such as SQL/Excel/Tableau is preferred
