Audio Visual System Engineer

About the Team The IT APAC-Service Operation team is the 2nd level at the forefront of supporting comprehensive IT services, with a primary focus on network, audio-visual, and system operations. Our mission is to provide reliable, efficient, and secure IT services to support the organization's operations and growth in the Asia-Pacific region while ensuring the highest standards of service and support. Provided support for the build-out and expansion of offices in audio-visual systems, including the setup and optimization of AV solutions for training rooms and all-hands areas, ensuring effective operation in large-scale environments. 2. Independently enhanced the visualization of AV operation and maintenance metrics using BI tools, identifying issues, improving operational efficiency, and enabling proactive detection and prevention of potential problems. 3. Led the deployment of new AV technology across APAC countries, ensuring smooth implementation and consistency across regions. 4. Conducted risk assessments to develop technical solutions, ensuring scalable audio-visual systems. 5. Streamlined workflows and processes to improve efficiency through optimization and automation, standardizing troubleshooting procedures, refining issue escalation, and enhancing AV service processes. Collaborated closely with vendors and manufacturers to coordinate maintenance efforts, ensuring alignment with TikTok's global standards. 6. Experienced in cross-functional team collaboration, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with diverse teams.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, Served in a foreign design consulting company. 2. Minimum of 5 years experience in audio-visual system design/handover/maintenance/operations. 3. Possess experience in SaaS platform video conferencing operations and Audiante DDM operations 4. Understand the standards and tool usage for online loudness testing 5. Proficient in using acoustic testing software, like Smaart/systune/REW, etc. 6. Familiar with well-known brands in the audio and video industry, like Audinate/Extron/Crestron/Biamp/QSC/Shure/Sennheiser/Sony/Logitech, etc. 7. Advanced audio-visual certifications (CTS) or equivalent certificates（Audinate/Extron/Crestron/Biamp/QSC/Shure/Sennheiser/Sony/Logitech etc.）. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Successfully managed the operation and maintenance of over 500 conference rooms for large-scale MNC companies, ensuring seamless functionality. 2. Proficient in AV automation tools and concepts, with hands-on experience using PJlink Protocol, SSH, HID, and Zabbix to streamline operations. 3. Extensive experience in the global planning and deployment of audio-visual system infrastructures, ensuring consistency and high performance across multiple regions. 4. In-depth knowledge of program and UI design using Crestron, Extron, and AMX, and showcase expertise in designing guidelines for optimal user experience. 5. Proven ability to plan, construct, and optimize audio-visual systems globally, enhancing efficiency and system reliability through continuous improvements.
