Digital & Performance Marketing Director

**Position Summary**

We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Analyst to join our robust Digital Marketing team to execute and support campaigns to boost the brand’s online presence locally and internationally.

As the Digital Performance Marketing Analyst, your role will be to drive conversions at optimal costs per acquisition. A keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning trait for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM).
2. Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads (Social media advertising).
3. Set up and optimize ads for Linkedin, Twitter, Reddit as needed.
4. Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS.
5. Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners.
7. Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
9. Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets.

**Education & Qualification**

Polytechnic Diploma in Business or Marketing

**Work Experience**

**Requirements**:
1. GAIQ ,Google Ads Search and Display certified.

3. Strong proven track record in managing ad spending.

4. Excellent copywriting, communication and presentation skills, results-oriented and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

5. Highly motivated, self-driven, resourceful, energetic individual.

6. Creative and prepared to think outside the box.

7. Positive go-getting attitude and able to work under pressure.

8. Proficient in Microsoft office and Google Applications.

9. Proficient in spoken and written English.

**Salary**

$15/hr and can commit to 3 hours daily.
