1. Responsible for assigned scope of construction activities by planning, managing, and coordinating construction execution strategy and day to day activities.

2. Plan and implement the constructability and progress on either Marine Naval Architecture or Topsides Modules in Structure/Piping matters and mechanical equipment installation sequences.

3. Plan and implement the constructability and progress on either Marine Naval Architecture or Topsides Modules in Structure/Piping matters and mechanical equipment installation sequences.

4. Monitor the efficiency of the planned maintenance system and management of spare part inventories aboard various assets.

5. Provide technical support and assistance for FPSO operations and equipment to projects. Provide inputs for HAZOPS and HAZIDS designs for various projects.

6. Comply and implement MODEC HSEQ Policy and requirements to the construction activities within level of authority.

7. Monitor reports presented by the regulatory authorities, Safety Auditors and ensure implementation of corrective action as required.

8. Liaise with class / regulatory agencies to keep abreast of rules / regulations changes and to communicate them to concerned personnel.

**Requirements**:
a) Minimum 13 years’ experience in onshore/offshore oil & gas controlling construction of multidiscipline work like structure, piping, mechanical, E&I; Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of process system

b) Well versed with good construction practices and work methods.

c) Experience with offshore repair works particularly piping, structure, outfitting

Strong knowledge in construction management, preparation of overall execution plan

d) Technical Knowledge on the operations of an FPSO and its production requirements

Knowledge of technicalities of construction requirements and standards at the Construction Yard.

e) Well versed with brownfield FPSO assets repairs and upgrade activities. Technical knowledge in preparing execution plan

f) Must have certificates (OPITO) to visit Offshore assets; Familiarity with working on operating FPSOs, PTW system
