**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Trading & Hedging**
- Execute and oversee trading activities for RCN and Kernels, ensuring risk management through effective hedging strategies.
- Monitor daily trading positions and maintain accurate **P&L records**.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities while mitigating risks.

**Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination**
- Work closely with the **logistics and finance teams**to ensure seamless trade execution, from procurement to final delivery.
- Optimize supply chain operations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

**Business Development & Origin Setup**
- Lead efforts to **set up procurement operations in Vietnam**, establishing sourcing partnerships with processors and farmers.
- Explore expansion into **other agricultural commodities**, including peppers, nuts, pulses, and coffee.
- Identify and develop new supplier and customer relationships, both regionally and globally.

**Market Analysis & Strategy**
- Monitor global and regional market trends, pricing movements, and competitive dynamics to refine trading strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on potential market shifts and opportunities.

**Other Duties**
- Support senior management with strategic projects and operational improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years of experience**in trading cashew nuts (RCN & Kernels) or other agricultural commodities.
- Strong understanding of **cashew supply chains**, including procurement, processing, and sales.
- Experience working with **logistics and finance teams**to coordinate trade execution.
- Familiarity with **Vietnam’s agricultural sector**and ability to establish origin operations is a plus.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and buyers.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage P&L effectively.
- Ability to travel regionally for sourcing, supplier visits, and business development.
