***Responsibilities**
**1. Coordinate and oversee projects/activities within the Content Hub team, specifically focusing on projects related to taxonomy classification and the enterprise CRM platform.**
**2. Perform a variety of project management and operational support duties, incl. disseminating project information to project/business stakeholders, monitoring the project progress and milestones, engaging external vendors and systems integrators independently for project implementation, maintenance operations and system troubleshooting activities. Occasional 24/7 support for system may be required.**
**3. Support the Project Manager/Team Lead while still being capable to independently execute assigned tasks, and where needed seek guidance from senior project team members when faced with complex project challenges.**
**4. Coordinate the logistics for meetings, conferences, training sessions, and other project-related events. Manage the organization of project committee meetings, incl. preparation of essential materials such as reports, presentations, agendas, and other meeting collateral. Record key decisions and action items from meetings with precision and accuracy.
**Requirements and Skills**
**1. Proven working experience as a business analyst and/or project manager role.**
**2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.**
**3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.**
**4. Strong organizational skills prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing priorities.**
