**Job Description
- Self-driven and self-motivated individual
- Effectively Bilingual
- Experience in beautician / skincare / TCM Spa will be a plus
- Drives exceptional customer service
- Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers
- Provide professional treatments to client if necessary
- Provide professional skin consultation and recommend suitable products, treatments and packages to customers
- Pro-active in before-and
- after sales support to maintain strong client relationships

**Job Requirements
- Full-Time/Permanent Position
- Must be able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking customers (to provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments to English and Chinese speaking customers.)
- Able to commit to working retail hours (11am-9pm), weekends (10am-6pm) and public holidays (when required)
- Good customer service
- Interpersonal skills
