**A Japan inspired brand idea that looks into the future of clothing and fashion lifestyle for kids. We are looking for a driven Retail Sales Associate to lead the sales and operations of a retail outlet.
- Always serve customers with a smile and engage friendly conversation with them to ascertain customers’ needs and wants
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and Customer Service
- Learn product knowledge and recommend to customers to secure Sales
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Recommend and display items that match customer need
- Manage Cashiering Point-of-sale processes
- Responsible for daily reconciliation and settlement of cash end of day
- Actively involved in the receiving of new goods, preparation to display merchandise
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Housekeeping to maintain tidiness and cleanliness of store.
- Follow all companies’ policies and procedures
- Stocktake and manage the inventory
- Take note of reservations and follow up with customers with reserved goods

**Requirements**:

- Willing to learn, have good initiative and can work independently
- Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Able to work on retail hours (11am - 9:30pm), weekends and public holidays

**Remuneration**:

- Salary (negotiable with retail sales experience)
- Sales Commission
- Attendance and performance incentives
- Staff discounts
- Work done on Public Holidays will be based on government’s guidance
