**Job description**:

- Provide SAP Support of Asian Hub countries on daily
base
- Follow incident with ticketing system, resolve issue
and find root cause
- Train end user and new team members
- Support our office automation solution (SharePoint
purchase order interface, Vendor invoice
- Manage CR - Collect and clarify business need
- Design and present to-be solution
- Implement the appropriate solution
- Maintain clean and simple documentations
- Participate in projects, implement technical solution
- Participate to office automation rollout projects
- Give regular status on projects
- Maintain clean and simple documentations
- Perform Quality check on new Project
- Regular Liaison with dedicated country
- Unlock pending situation
- Collect information from country

**Profile**:

- Good knowledge about logistic processes
- Strong communication skills, excellent analytical mind
- Experience in SAP SD/MM modules, including customizing
- Computer literate

**Professional requirements**:

- SAP SD and/or MM certificate
- Excellent knowledge on SAP ECC6
- Knowledge in SAP S/4 Hana is a plus
- Abap knowledge is a plus
- SharePoint knowledge is a plus
- Microsoft office

**Languages**:

- English
