POSITION

As a Team Manager, Visual Merchandising (VM) in store, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories. You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client Experience in store.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Team Management & Development**
- Assist Store Director with management of visual team and enforce company polices
- Set visual expectations, and proactively manage performance against expectations
- Coach, train, motivate and develop visual team members to the best of their abilities to support strong succession planning
- Communicate corporate category directives to visual team and overall store team
- Identifying employees with visual merchandising strengths within the network
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support and ensuring the Louis Vuitton Promise standards are achieved

**Windows**
- Coordinate with the Country office and local suppliers for the window installation
- Manage the window product change for every rotation

**In-Store Visual Merchandising**
- Act as a proactive force in developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising as a way to drive sales
- Make decisions based on data analysis, VM guidelines and business priorities
- Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management
- Manage the products including: preparation in the back of house, location changes in database (RMS) and installation
- Share qualitative and photographic feedback, after each rotation with the Zone VM team
- Visit competitors and report best practices
- Master knowledge of all product categories
- Interact with the Team Manager or Client/Expert Advisors leading the category to make sure key products are selected and well displayed
- Implement visual merchandising concepts for events in store
- Follow through on all in-store VM activities

**Day to Day Visual Merchandising Maintenance Checks**
- In charge of store maintenance and environment to maintain luxury retail standards, ensuring lighting, windows, props and furniture are in excellent condition
- In charge of maintenance and ordering of props, lighting and visual merchandising tools
- Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards and current guidelines

- Excellent communication skills with pleasant disposition
- Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for Louis Vuitton products and services and fashion
- Adaptable and a fast learner with client centric mentality
- Possess a professional attitude with a mindset of curiosity and empathy
- Experience in luxury retail is a plus

Louis Vuitton Marina Bay Sands Store

**Working Hours Requirement**

Rotational shift including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
