**Overview**
- To diagnose and monitor various illnesses and conditions specific to children.
- To conduct regular consultations to review the progress of pediatric patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- To handle acute emergencies in the paeds department, such as respiratory distress, seizures, or severe infections, and stabilize patients for further treatment.
- To prepare and write medical reports.
- To update relatives on patients' conditions.
- To explain procedures to patients and their relatives, as well as obtaining consent for cases.
- To participate in the organization's teaching activities as directed by the HOD/MD
**Requirements**:
- MBBS or post graduate qualification (Graduate Diploma/MMED) recognised by Singapore Medical Council
- Able to perform independently in the Department
- SMC Full-Registration
